1. Do you have a physical store where I can try items on?
Yes! Our boutique is located at 259 Ferry St, Newark, NJ 07105. You’re welcome to stop by, browse, and try on your favorite pieces. We update our in-store selection regularly, so what you see online might not always be on the racks — but we’re happy to help you check.
2. Can I place an order over the phone?
Absolutely. Call us at +1 973-991-3761 during business hours, and one of our team members can help you place an order, check sizing, or suggest styles based on what you’re looking for.
3. How do I know if an item fits me before buying?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart and fit notes (e.g., “runs small,” “relaxed fit”). If you’re still unsure, just email us at info@savassiboutique.com with your height, usual size, and the item name — we’ll give you honest advice.
4. What payment methods do you accept online?
We take all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. We don’t store your payment details on our website.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Maybe — but you’ll need to act fast. Once our warehouse team starts packing (usually within a few hours), we can’t make changes. Just call or email us immediately with your order number. No guarantees, but we’ll try.
6. Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes, but not always. Many of our collections are limited-run. If something you love is sold out, email us with the product name — we’ll let you know if more are coming or suggest similar styles.
7. Will you notify me about new arrivals or exclusive deals?
If you sign up for our email list (bottom of our homepage), yes. We don’t spam, but subscribers get first dibs on sales and new drops before social media announcements.
8. I received a damaged or wrong item — what now?
We’re sorry! Take a quick photo of the item and packaging, then email info@savassiboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll sort it out case by case — replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
9. Do you offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale after I buy it?
Not usually — but if the price drops within 48 hours of your purchase, email us. We’ll sometimes give you store credit for the difference as a one-time courtesy.
10. Can I leave a product review on your website?
Yes. After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to review each item. Real reviews help other customers, and we read every single one.
11. Do you sell gift cards?
We do! Digital gift cards are available on our website. They never expire and can be used online or in our Newark store.
12. How do I know my personal information is safe on your site?
We use SSL encryption and never sell your data. Your info stays between you and Savassi Boutique — no third-party marketing lists.
